The W-1650R Spring Forming Machine is a camless CNC sixteen-axis spring forming system designed for high-precision and complex spring manufacturing.

Featuring a 16-axis servo-driven architecture, the machine provides excellent flexibility for producing compression springs, torsion springs, extension springs, and complex wire forms with stable geometry and repeatable accuracy.

The camless structure eliminates traditional mechanical cam limitations, enabling smoother motion control, faster setup changes, and improved forming efficiency. Combined with a Windows-based CNC control system and high-precision gear transmission, the W-1650R ensures reliable long-term operation under continuous production conditions.

The machine supports wire diameters from 1–8 mm (soft wire) and 1–5 mm (hard wire), making it suitable for automotive components, industrial hardware, wire forming parts, and high-precision spring applications.
