The L-1230R Spring Forming Machine is a camless CNC multi-axis spring forming system developed for high-precision production of small to medium wire springs and complex wire forming parts.

Built with a servo-driven camless architecture, the machine eliminates traditional mechanical cam constraints and enables flexible programming for various spring shapes. Independent axis control allows accurate synchronization of wire feeding, coiling, pitch adjustment, and cutting operations.

Equipped with a Windows-based CNC control system and high-precision transmission structure, the L-1230R provides stable forming accuracy, smooth operation, and efficient setup changeover.
