The W-1265R Spring Forming Machine is a camless CNC multi-axis spring forming system designed for high-precision production of medium wire springs and complex three-dimensional wire forms.
Built with a servo-driven camless architecture, the machine removes the limitations of traditional mechanical cam mechanisms and enables flexible programming of forming sequences. Independent axis control allows precise synchronization of wire feeding, coiling, bending, pitch adjustment, and cutting operations.
