The W-1280R Spring Forming Machine is a camless CNC multi-axis spring forming system designed for high-efficiency production of medium-to-heavy wire springs and complex wire forms.
Equipped with a 12-axis servo-driven architecture, the W-1280R provides precise control of wire feeding, coiling, pitch adjustment, and cutting operations. The camless design allows flexible programming, smooth motion control, and stable forming accuracy during continuous production.
With a Windows-based CNC control system and high-precision transmission structure, the machine supports fast setup changes and reliable long-term operation, making it suitable for both standard spring production and customized spring geometries.
The W-1280R is capable of processing wire diameters up to 8 mm, making it an ideal solution for industrial springs, automotive components, and heavy-duty wire forming applications.
